    Refund

    Im still w8 for refund . Is 21 h already and later u will say that is past 24 h and i will not get refund. On other server "support" didnt refund to me so im nervous now. I dont blame but im not patient...

    The 24 hours limit is for opening the ticket.
    If your ticket is already open you don't have to worry, even if it takes longer for it to be processed.

    as long as you submitted the ticket within 24h of buying the item you'll be fine. tickets can take 2-3 days depending on how backed up they are.
