Need help for race change

Well i want to switch from Belf mage to undead,i see silence can't help me that much,so undead racials are better.Well now with Belf's i have 610 enchanting +other proff talor ,if i switch to Undead what will happends with my prof,gm said no refunds from error, so im not sure should i ever do race change. did anyone did race change with 610 enchant?
