Frostwolf lags any players only

Hello warmane community since 15 days iam lagging like hell .
if i play in the morning 6am servertime till 12 am servertime is all fine.
After 12am i have all the time lags and delays in spells its not possible to play here pvp. could u tell me what happend or will it be fixxed cuz other server on ur homepage information have only 40+ ms . Only frostwolf has 150+ ms...

i mean i have 30 ms ingame and 100 fps so its not from my side why im lagging or i have delays ^^..

Im from germany and i have only that lags from german players here i wanna ask do u have any problems with some internet provider in germany ^^?
I need only a answer from where comes that lags so i know i dont get ddos or anyting else ..
