Leveling problems

Hi i have one quest. How i can make lvl 85 if en Uldum zone is 2 quest and one is bugged an all dungeon at lvl 82-85 is dezactivated . I have lvl 83 and i don"t know how i can make 85 can you help me with this quest?

My guess is that you are talking about Cata. I usually do all the quest from Hyjal and Deepholm to get to abt 84 and then do the Twi High to Cap.
