I had joined a group for Pit of Sauron yesterday, but I apparently could not get in because it told me "You must complete the quest Echoes of Tortured Souls before entering the Pit of Sauron" which I did on my previous faction. On top of that, I cannot get the quest from Forge of Souls at all, meaning I can never go to Pit of Sauron ever again...
Is there any sort of fix for this? I seriously don't even understand why the pre-quest isn't available to me at all or that I cannot get in to Pit of Sauron anymore.

Can no longer enter Pit of Sauron after faction changing my character at all...

Just in case if u didnt know, quest giver isnt same for both factions.

I'm well aware of this, but I had seen from Googling that the pre quest is in Forge of Souls for Alliance as well, which isn't there when I got in the instance.

Quest chain starts outside Dalaran bank.

Saw it now, thanks. The staff are now free to do as they like with this thread as I have found my answer.
The quest is "Wrath of the Lich King" for those having had the same problem as myself.Edited: September 1, 2015
