They basically stunlock me much worse than rogues - as a BiS Afflock.
I know that Affliction isn't great vs Melees, but Protection Warriors can shockwave me for 14k - that's half my HPs.
Between spell reflects, high hps, interrupts, huge crits, shield bash silence, and 2 stuns (concussion blow & shockwave), I have no idea what to do.
I realise that such geared Prots are an anomaly, since the gear that makes them so stupidly OP was very hard to obtain on retail - but all it takes here is a wallet, so I have to deal with them. How?

I don't play a warlock affliction but as far as I know the best way to beat a protection warrior is to kite them. Slow them with your curse (of exaustion? I don't remember the right name, I mean the one which decreases the movement speed of your enemy), and whenever he is not using Recklessness or Berserker Rage spam fear to control and stop him. Try to stay in the "dead-zone", which is that zone where a warrior can't hit you with his melee abilities neither he can charge/intercept you. A protection warrior still would be hard to beat because they have a ranged silence and an aoe stun. Anyway try to ask the same question in the warlock section of the forum, maybe there you will find someone who can help you.

curse of exhaustion and kite. don't stay close to prot warrior, its not arms and dead zone can make you really dead when shockwave catch you especially full PvE geared 0 resilience prot warrior

Talk to a good warlock and he will tell you how to deal with them, try to play destro, as destro you should rape prot warr :P
Remember that they have 0 resilience, a destro warlock can global a warrior if He knows what he's doing.

Use succubus, jump charges, place portal well, remember to shadowflame, always keep corr up, CoW into reflect, fake with searing pain when he can interrupt. Rocket boots help a lot. If you really have 1050 resil like you claim, you aren't getting hit for 14k.

Go destro and get a succubus.
When the warr use shockwave seduce him with ur succubus while u are stunned.
Kite the warr on max range and when the seduction is nearly done cast chaos bolt.
Trinket or seduce the second stun.
Once both of his stuns are on cd it should be easy to kill the prot.
P.S.
Make sure that the succubus stays away from u so the prot cant shockwave both of u at the same time.

Shockwave has a really short cooldown but yes, you might be able to kill him.

The Prot warrior is pretty much saying "keep your distance, unless you wanna get with this". His intimidating gear is enough for you to not engage if you don't wanna get into a fight you know you can't finish.
