    Faction change, new gear?

    Im sorry if this question was already asked or if the answer is obvious, im just not sure

    If I purchase faction change for my Tyrannical/Grievious geared Paladin on MoP, will I have to work on gear again or does it change automatically so that its useable by alliance races?

    It should change, I know it does on wotlk
