Shaman totem's on Neltharion

So im about to start leveling an enhancment shaman.
I have a question about the totem chain quest's?
Do all the quest's work as indead or not?
Like mentioned in the title i play on Neltharion (cata 4.3.4).
Sorry if some other simillar topic exsist but i cant search forum on my phone.

No you dont need to learn your totems.
In cata they made them optional, you will learn your totems via your Class Trainer.

Last time i played a shaman was 5 years ago on wotlk and i didnt know about this fact.
