WotLK Best healing class for arena

Hi, Im thinking about creating new character but I wonder which healing class has the highest skill cap in arena? Many people say that the best are druids and paladins, but I don't see many druids in 2v2 above 2200. So which one would you advice me and why?

U want to know the healer that requires the most skill to master or the strongest healer?
Hardest healing class to master is in my opinion disc priest followed by resto shami.

If u want to know the strongest healer for arena there is no answer because every healer has its pro and con and all are viable for high rating.
Disc priest is the most offensive healer because he can pull high dmg to help the dps in killing a target and he has mana burn.
Hpala is the most defensive healer because he can hardly pull any dmg but has strong heals and plate armor.
Resto shami is also offensive because he has wind shear, frost shock and purge to support the dps in killing a target.
Resto druide is rather a defensive healer but can also pull some decent dmg with insectswarm spec.

What healing class u choice should depend on ur partner and if u want to be a offensive or defensive healer.
