Is Frostwolf PVP or PVE?

As title asked, and if it's both, what's the side with more PVE active players, Horde or Alliance?

Horde I think but lately alliance is "improving" a bit, you will have to find a guild and get accepted to get into a very active pve guild..

Both sides have PVE guilds. Depends what you want. From my experience, Horde has better PVE guilds.
