Illegal characters in tickets

So I've been trying to write a ticket, however I keep getting this error: "Your ticket information contains illegal characters, try again." I have used numbers in the ticket, but other than that I can't really figure out what's the problem. As a matter of fact, I seem to recall I had the same problem the last time I wanted to send a ticket as well, but I can't remember how I fixed that. :^) Is this a known problem? Or am I missing something?

It's not a problem, you're just using illegal characters, as the message says.
Anything besides letters and numbers is considered illegal in the ticket text box.

Does that include symbols such as @?

Yes, "@" is included in anything besides letters and numbers.

I've tried to split up the message in parts and then submit to try to find the problem, but I'm still getting the error on some parts, even though there is nothing but letters and numbers in the text. Can I pm you so you can look at it?

Are you using punctuation, i.e. commas and periods? When I say anything I do mean anything at all.

Yes, I'm using punctuation, but that wasn't a problem when I submitted the other parts of the ticket. I did however remove a part with more than 1 period (like ...) and that seemed to fix it.
