1. Reported player wont get banned - what to do?

Hello i reported a player last time, but the GM told me that i lack some proofs (for illegal coin selling) and didnt ban him at all for scamming me (had all the proofs for the scam at least)! I dont know the reason, but seems scamming is legal now if he refused to ban him with all the screenshots i provided - if someone dont believe it i can forward you the screenshots

After few weeks i reported him once more with all the proofs finally (similar situation like my first report, i saw him posting at global again and wrote him with another toon) and yet they refuse to ban him, because they didnt answer my last report till yet! Even talking with a mod doesnt help, because he said its a matter for GM - but they refuse to answer my last report till now (was sent 2 weeks ago)

So may someone tell me the reason why he doesnt get banned? Last time i wrote my opinion in the forum i got banned for that matter instantly for 1 week, unlike him who still runs around unharmed

I dont lack the evidences and proving screenshots, because hackers and ninja looters i reported got banned for less proofs

    Greetings

  2. Scamming is not allowed and is bannable. If you did not get answer for your 2nd report yet it might not be checked yet. Also some GMs don't always answer reports they check.

But if scamming is illegal, how comes he didnt got a ban for that? There must be a good reason for that - i wont post what the GM wrote, else i might risk to get banned again from a mod than from the GM who answered my last report

  4. If the GM said that something was missing then it's most likely true. I don't know what happened there and what kind of proofs you had but it's not always that simple to prove that scamming actually happened only with screenshots.

  5. I replied to your PM, but also take a look at our scamming policy. This clarifies better the kind of evidence you'll need to prove scamming.
It is hard to prove it, yes, but otherwise it could've been exploited by players to unfairly get someone banned.
