I donated over a $100 awhile back (before your database got hacked) and took a break because of college and now that I've returned i'm being told i can't get them back? Sounds like bull**** to me. I can provide proof that I've owned the coins and paid for them.

did you by chance recover your account after the database loss, and then not play for 30 days? if so the coins/points you recovered were wiped and you are indeed sol. if that's not the case, than i really got no clue what to tell ya.

In my original post i stated i had to take a break because of college. If i can't get my coins back simply bc i was unable to log in, then this server doesn't deserve my money. So stupid. And in reply, i never even recovered my account. I found out that their database got hacked yesterday. So no, i never even logged in. This still shouldn't allow the staff to not give me the stuff i PAID for.

According to the screenshot you posted your coins were spend on February 1 this year. That's after database loss and after coins were refunded. If you did not recover your account then someone else who had access to your account recovered it and spent your coins.

I spent them, those pics i posted were me spending them. werent all toons erased? i'm honestly ignorant to the whole thing. if they weren't erased then i have no issues. i havent even re downloaded cata yet..

Anything created on February 1 and after that should still be there. Database loss was before that.

Coins from pre-hijack donations were refunded and players had a few weeks to spend them. It was announced on the website since day 1 that these coins would be removed after some time.
This time limit to spend coins was put to prevent exploiting the recovery system, too many coins were given and too many players would run around with the maximum gear thanks to that.
