A myserious zone called Testing?

So i was logged today and i saw this when i did /who http://i.imgur.com/FtXsULF.jpg. What is this zone? Is it like only accessible by GMS? Just curious! Because when i googled it i found this wowhead comment:

there is a place where they test stuff named "Testing Zone" A BIG BOX of a kind like a house skin of stormwind. unreachable. only teleporting will be reachable (Game master's teleportion command. not mage's blink) and you will be teleported inside it and you will see yourself falling. half of your health did drop. unable to use flying mounts. if you flyed using gm's flying. you will see a box seeing at you. its actually not a blank box, its a massive zone with a few odd and interesting bits, one bit looks like some sort of ancient zone to do with caverns of time, another is just a load of mountains, and then theres a massive expanse of flat nothingness. They have done events there before on molten and on previous servers, i think one server had it as its "mall" and it was ll sectioned off

I think you mean the green place, a begin design of the emerald dream that is inside the game files :)

This testing zone seems.... interesting :D sounds like a perfect place to spawn certain mobs/things and see how they react when you change a couple of codes :)

No, the area named "Testing" is a huge box with human housing textures, and there is a much smaller box floating in mid-air in the center of the larger box, with the same textures, and barely small enough for characters to fit in.
