Stuck on Goblin starting Island

Hello, I did submit a ticket in game, but decided to post here to see if anyone has a solution to this issue.

I started a goblin and have quested as far as the game will allow. Now I am stuck and unable to leave the island as far as I can tell. Did I possibly miss a portal somewhere?

Is there another action I can take to get to a main capital city?

I am going to bump this thread to see if I can get a permanent solution to this issue. Or find out if I need to create a bug report and a suggestion on how to resolve this.

I ended up having to wait for a player to be nice enough to come to me and port me out. This is far from a solution.

Bumping again. This is stating to speak poorly to in game support and forum support. This is still an on going issue that has not even been addressed or acknowledged. Please at least reply that it is being looking into, or the issue is known and there is nothing to be done about it.

PS. If it were not for players in game able to port, this would have been an unresolvable issue. And you cannot expect players to taxi players due to these types of issues.

man i have the same problem, i used my heartstone and result in this island, unstuck character does not work, or work but i appear in gilneas, so....no solution we need help, i saw some player with the same problem
