Death Knight start problem.

Hello.
To start im new to wow this is my first ever game within wow so sorry for the faultys.


So i had a mission to go to the basement to kill someone and takes his head. Didnt knew that after some research.
So i went to look for his head now where to be found.
So i abandoned the mission to redo it, but now im stuck there without any numbers or ! or ? its completely empty.
What should i do now?

Now i created another character. Now it seems to be that the teleporten is not even working at all. So im stuck at the very beginning.

Death Knight starting zone is pretty buggy at the beggining, it's easy to get stuck, i had to do it two times in order to get out of there, just keep trying. The teleporter takes a moment to work
