Latency issue since 2 weeks WOTLK

Hello, i would like to know any opinion/suggestion about the problem i got since a bunch of weeks.
I usually had around 30-60ms, but now im running not less then 180ms (and i feel even more, almost unplayable).
I've tryed to disable the add-ons, nothing changed.
I've tryed to use the "Not-WOD model wotlk game" still 180+ ms.

Would like to know what can be this issue, i've asked around, and noone got overall latency increase.

Edit: I've tryed from my office wifii (which is around 100 meters far from my house) and my latency in game was 17/20 max which was perfect.
