1. Need Help to recover my old Account

    hi all
    i have atm a little problem to recover my old Account back because i havent play MoltenWoW since arround 1-2 Years.
    How i noticed its Warmane now and Lordearon Realm where i played most is gone but will restart.
    i wanna start playing here again but cant remember my old main account where i played like 4-5 years on it and where i was donor
    I could start with a new account but how i said i was donor and dont wanna lose all what i had on that account.
    i have try to recover my old Account but Problem is i cant remember my old Email too >,< now i have a new one
    (i think i made that email only to register me here because i use a MSN email as main...)
    i can tell GM/Admin all my old toons,acc name/password (what i can remember,i changed it by recovery try) and even Skrill infos from where i have donate

  2. Yes, my friend is trying too to get his account back but there is nothing to do in AT website, just showing youtube video. He wasted so much money and now they do nothing about it. He is considering to report Warmane/Molten to Skrill for fooling him.

  3. Accounts cannot be restored anymore, players had over 7 months to recover them.

    They can't be recovered anymore not because it's impossible for us, but because we ceased offering that after these many months. Hence, emails used to register before are still considered taken for the moment, until all these old accounts are properly archived and the emails freed.
