Name and Name Policy?

Hey i was wondering about some things about the name policy and there was nothing i could find on this website...
So i was planning to create a rogue character with the Name Thxobama.. i thought it was kinda funny because it reminds of these gifs where stupid
things happens and they blame obama for everything. Same situation when i gank them with my rogue because i stun and disable them and they're like.. well.. THANKS Obama! :D

Im not quite sure if it is an appropriate name or not and wanted to ask if i get banned for this.

There is no written char naming policy here. Offensive names are not allowed but it's not as strict as on retail. That name should be fine. And even if a name is not allowed they usually force you to rename the char instead of banning you, unless it's a more serious case.
