Weekly Backup stuck at 99%

it happened last week and this one as well, when i click the button "Start Backup" it loads for the usual amount of time but it stops at 99% and stay like that the entire week, any clue?

i dont even get 1% how you getting backup to 99% ? mines been backing up for hours and still 0% lol

Close the page, open a new one and try to see the progress, it shoult not be 0% anymore, or at least that is what happens to me ( but I get the 99% problem too)

I had the same thing that the OP had and when i refreshed the page it was done and was able to save it.
