Lost my Fire totem

So like what the title said i lost my fire totem after a random disconnect....

I opened a ticket regarding this and the approx time remaining keeps increasing instead of decreasing

Is there a solution for this ?

Check to see if you have the quest again ir can reobtain it

Seeing as how the fire totem is the early quest, I guess you can wait for the ticket to get answered (not likely as they're focusing on stability), or reroll your shaman to get it again.

Keep in mind, when you log out your character is instantly saved 99% of the time, so if you get something important or something you deem important, log out real quick and it should help prevent loss of that item if a dc does occur.

I have no idea what the interval of Warmane's autosave is.

Though it wasn't a planned rollback, dc's "rollback" to the previous noncorrupt version which would have been the one where you acquired the totem then logged out. An easier example to see is you being in one spot when the server dc's and you're back in a previous spot when you get back on the server.

Again, idk how long the intervals are for Warmane to autosave and I don't know if they autosave movements separately, but that's just a picture to try and explain what I'm talking about.
