HELP! Ring Of Ashen verdic gone

Hello there!
I had really bad experiance cuz my acc was hacked. I manage to turn it back but all my good staf and gear was gone! (probably deleted or smth).
The gear isnt that big problem for me but i dont know how to get Ring of Ashen Verdic back, since i've done quest for it and now its deleted and i cant get it back. If anyone knows anything that can help me please leave a comment down below, i would be so greatfull to anyone who can help me! Thank!
