Lost my Bid deposit in the Auction House

Hi Guys,

I bid on a cloak in the AH, it took 2000g as a deposit. After waiting a day I was worried someone might buy the cloak so I purchased it expecting mail with the original bid deposit returned. Thats how it works in retail. How do I get my original deposit back? Also I cant seem to send some heirloom items to my other char. Says theres an internal database / mail error.

As far as I remember you don't get it mailed to you but instead you only pay the different when you buy out an item you already have a bid on. Are you sure that did not happen?
