Dear Warmane,
Yesterday I got my 105 vote points deducted from my account. I know there was a currency reset, BUT:
1. I have restored my account BEFORE 1st september, so on september 1st, all of my points has been reset so EVERY single point I had, was collected by myself AFTER the reset.
2. I have spent all vote points granted to me for restoring account BEFORE the september 1th reset. Whenever I logged into my account, I had an information that said "0 coins and 0 points will be deducted in X days" (or something like that), which clearly said I have spent ALL of those points I got for restoring my account.

In this case, I would like to ask you for giving me my 105 vote points back (10 or 11, since they were squished already).

So, yeah, to summ up:
I lost my points, even tho I GATHERED them myself by daily collecting AFTER the sept 1sth reset. And those points I got for redeeming my account i got BEFORE the reset. So I kind of lost (or would lost) them BEFORE reset, and now I lost them again.

Those who had their account restored in the past month and a half before account recovery was discontinued will have their currency reset on September 29 at 22:00 server time.

We are doing this so we can remove any remnants of the past and finally clean everything up related to recovered accounts.

Be sure to spend your currency before then, you can find the amount that will be removed (if you don't spend it) at https://www.warmane.com/account

Currencies have been reset on the remaining 300 accounts.

If you had currency left before the reset, you can make a ticket and request a 24 hour period to use them (they will be re-instated for a total of 24 hours), anything remaining that should be reset after that, will be removed.

The problem is, I have spent all my points before the reset. If I had any points left, it was not enough to buy anything interesting. So if I had any points before the reset, it was something like 10 points maximum. (cause a meta gem costed like 17). So basically, I have no idea why my points got deducted.

EDIT:
Oh, to precise myself. My last purchase (August 31th) Was a "Mjolnir Runestone" (55 points) because I couldn't afford Needle Encrusted Scorpion (which gives exactly the same but just a bit more amount) that cost was like 70 points. Then I bought Elune's Lantern for my remaining 5 points. So yeah, basically I had no points before reset, so I do not understand why did Warmane take my points now.

Points collected before reset is completed were also removed when reset happens. That was a known bug that apparently was not important enough to get fixed.

10,5 actually.... the squish was COMPLETELY useless. It is something psychological only, because getting 0,3 points on 10 sounds worse than 3 on 100. Making you increase your activity rank etc.

I won't let it go. I have been voting on both my regular and restored accounts. Both had exact the same amount of points (280) untill yesterday, when I lost 105 points here. This is unfair and I can't let it go.
