Why are my comment in the bug tracker being deleted? i had 2 of them and they are gone with no explanation given.
My 1st comment was something like this: "The bug is still present, i just tried it. The bug is also present on ragna/deathwing and has been so for many years, it wasnt fixed even tough it was reported and its a spec core talent. Please fix this asap."
For the 2nd one i made a screenshot just in case it will get deleted again. Here u can see it exactly as it was : http://imgur.com/GYJ4d4g
The 1st comment was meant to help confirm the bug and help the players, it was bug related, not offensive, harmful to anyone in any way or spam.
The 2nd one was meant to explain the above to the admin that deleted my post and also to ask for forgiveness for trying to be helpful.
If this is how forums are now handled, i cant even imagine the amount of things being deleted censored and hidden from the community in the hermes era.
Here is the link to the bug report: https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/9043 - i wont even say anything about the fact that after 1 week, a broken class core talent its still unconfirmed... i guess lvl 10 quests are more important than classes actually working as they should.
First of all, do not post about bugs on Ragnaros and Deathwing in the Lordaeron part of the bug-tracker. The realms are on different cores. Trying to make that relation or complaining about it serves no purpose but to litter the bug-tracker.
Secondly, we don't need players to "confirm" the bug. That is the QA team's job. They will always test it, regardless of any "confirmed" posts by the community (because we all know false and/or inaccurate reports DO happen).
Third, you don't need to explain anything about the intentions of any post on the bug-tracker. That is not what the bug-tracker is for. The bug-tracker is for the tracking of bugs, not commenting and/or discussing the point of a post or the deletion of it.
Fourth, the bug-tracker is not the forum and vice-versa. The bug-tracker should not be treated like a forum. It is not a place where you can post anything you want. Only useful and constructive posts that are on-topic are welcome to the bug-tracker. If you want to discuss something, or complain, argue, etc etc so on and so forth, do it on the forum. That is what the forum is for. Not the bug-tracker.
Lastly, let's not be snide towards the development team. I'd hate to have to revoke your posting privileges.
