Hey,
I started playing when the new Mop server was online, then I quit a few weaks after the heart of fear was released etc patch because I didn´t have time to play.
I recently came back but found out my characters are gone, I put a lot of effort in equipping my chars by farming valor & justice points raising reps to exalted. I also spent lots of points and some coins on my character, used up the instant character lvl 90´s and the instant 600 proffesions. The marketplace loggs & services loggs are still here.
So my question now is, is it able to retrieve these lost characters with points/coins and the items that were lost?

nope. there was a time peroid where you could recover your account and get some vote points/coins back, but that has expired now.

You were able to recover coins and votes, along with certain perks, for like eight months.
It's too late now.

actually one of my friends never recovered his account and had about 600$ donated on it and 4 year old account. so support made an exception and recovered it.
@ original poster make a ticket there might be a chance.

There's not even a ticket option for that anymore, just for ban appeals.
