I doubt so. But I don't think they can prevent people from creating these names unless they manually blacklist 'em. Just start gathering "banned" nicknames and write down on a Notepod, when you get a considerable amount of names just make a ticket and report all at once.

you never can be sure if it will be flagged or not, personally i have even whispered ingame with kaer (on a different topic than names) and he never mentioned my name to be against the rules, yet i still believe if some butthurt twerp makes a ticket i will get the flag like in no time.
