New Marketplace? BiS items in shop? Points? What?!

Hello there guys/ girls. I just saw the Marketplace and i didin't understand a clue... They deleted all low geared stuf and added almost every BiS. (exept they are normal not hc items). The thing i don't understand, if they sad the 10 points will be the max to have, as it is, why do then all items cost from 17 to 30 points?!?!? How am i sopose to get that much vp is max is 10?

264 items aren't BiS. And unless you're an achievement whore, it's gonna take ages to farm a piece of gear.

You get max points by farming achievements its a play-to-win system the old system nneded you just to log once then go off to collect points.
