Items Dissappear

I log in today, and like 4 or 5 of my items are dissapear from my PVP set. I dont know what's happed, it's a bug? or somebody hacks my account? Please Answer

Sometimes item sets have a mental breakdown, they'll either be in your bags, or your mailbox.

in the past.... rarely.... I've had items disappear.

It doesn't happen often, and it doesn't happen regularly... but it does happen. not sure why.
