Hello there,
a few days ago I tried to get into the game but the I could not connect. Then I entered the web site and there It was saying that I'm banned (Your account has been terminated due to Advertising) and said to me that someone had entered the account from the US. Since nobody knows my password I doubted that my account was hacked and someone posted something he should not have.



After that I tried relentlessly to Submit a ticket on the site but I could not, it seems that does not work because even now I can not submit it. I contacted 3 in-game GM and asked them why I was banned (because I did not do anything wrong) and explained to them what was on the site and how to change the password on the account because someone hacked into the account. First GM wrote to me that perhaps someone came on my account, and wrote something wrong, second that they can not remove the website ban and a third to try to use Proxy IP and to try contact web GM because they can not do anything to help me about website. After that I changed to Proxy IP in Windows, used Proxy websites to get to your site and use TOR but none of that didn't help.
Does anyone know what should i do? I expect your answer soon or to be contacted by a GM.
BTW I'm from Serbia and I used translator because I don' speak English very well.
