Pandaria PvE: Haste vs. Critical Strike[all specializations(discusion)]

Hello to all rouge maniacs, fanatics and freaks from Mist of Pandaria. I want to start maybe little or maybe huge discusion/debate about rouges who enjoy mostly PvE part of the game. So i want to hear your opinions and suggestions about stats priority for all 3 specs (because after some tests i still can't get a clear answer for myself). Ofc after Hit/Exp cap and Agility i bet on Mastery as first stats priority especially for Assasination and Subtlety.

What's your stats priority (maybe got some cap?) for your favorite spec, tell why and give some argument (well single target dps is a vaild argument yeah, burst, encounter end or average dps etc). On my rouge i'm going like this (524 il):
Assasination: Hit/Exp cap > Agility > Mastery > Haste > Crit
Subtlety: Hit/Exp > Agility > Mastery > Haste > Crit (for 10 man raids)
with Subtlety in 25 man raids but i feel Haste kinda useless because of crazy Combo points regeneration and going for H/E>Agi>Mast>Crit>Haste.
Combat: Here's the dilema is which is better stat Mastery > Haste > Crit or Haste > Mastery > Crit.
P.S. Maybe in your eyes i'm wrong on so many levels but this is one of the top purpose of the topic to help with something to each other 'brother with daggers' make their chars better.
