If I'm understanding you correctly, you're asking if there's any way to speed up leveling XP. (heirlooms, pay for boost, recruit a friend, etc.)
AFAIK, there's no way to do this currently and I'm quite happy about that.

If you don't like taking it 1 level at a time, I'd recommend you try a faster rate or insta 80 server.

no it's not and it never will be. it's a 1x hardcore progressive realm. if you don't want to level 1 at a time than try ragnaros/deathwing.
