Technical lordaeron downloading issue

hey, so i finally downloaded the 20 something gig file, ran wow.exe, input password and username, it then asked that a patch needed to be applied, i clicked ok, it closed the game and opened a downloader(73mb), which i downloaded & instantly got this message

any help is appreciated, cant find much when i google search,

Ensure you're logging in with your Warmane username + password & not any form of email address

thanks its sorted now(: that was the issue, first time on private servers didn't think to use the actual username, thanks(:
