Unable to make EveryQuest addon working

Hi there!

I have a minor problem - since few days ago I can not force my EveryQuest addon to work properly.
this addon should - after 1st load - track all quest I did/took/abandoned in certain zone, but sadly doesn't work.

more interesting - I did work very well from the beginning of this server.

now I'm forced to manually query server every time I want to check completed quests list (but still doesn't count quest I'm on).

I deleted cache/user settings/addon files/reinstalled addon - nothing works.

Anyone have similar problem?

I'm getting an error every time I take/complete quest, something like "unable to load quest from database" ;x

I had the same issue for a while, it randomly started during one session, and then it went away a few days later. I wasn't paying fully attention, though, so I'm not sure exactly what fixed it. It may have to do with what other addons you have installed, I've been toggling mine on/off now and then.

Have you tried without any other addons enabled?

I did have one other problem that turned out to not be related to any addon.

I had a druid quest in my log, and it caused the entire quest overlay on the map to glitch. Other characters didn't have the issue, it stuck even with a fresh client and no addons, and it went away as soon as the quest was completed. I guess it's possible that something like that could be what bugs/bugged out EQ.

I just had the problem consistently from the moment I picked up "Crown of the Earth" (Teldrassil) and until I finished the last quest in the questline.

Have you been able to fix the problem by completing/abandoning quests?
