    GM Tickets

    I find it ironic how I've made several tickets, and I don't interact at all with GM's. However, I will get plenty of replies (when I log off). So the GM's don't do their job? They don't answer tickets in real-time but will do events instead of answering tickets.

    So, you're claiming GMs don't do their job because they didn't reply to your ticket instantly? Go to retail and open a ticket, let's see if they will answer you instantly.
    This is a private server with 22 thousands of players online and with 9 GMs. You will have to learn how to deal with waiting for your ticket to be replied, or find one place that fits your standards.
