How do I get out of my current position

So I decided to purchase some donation points the other day for a 90 boost. After doing so I was left on my 90 toon with no gear and 3000 gold. I spent my gold on 4 glyphs, and flying for my toon. However, I did not have enough for pandaria flying which I found I needed later. I am currently in vale because some people told me I could make good money off of the dailies found there. I decided to go check them out and found that I am permanently flagged for pvp. There seems to always be alliance contesting the daily areas and me having no gear makes me an easy ganking target dummy. I try to queue heroic dungeons on my desperate hunt for gear and find that my groups wipe often, I obviously contribute to that being gearless and I feel bad as well being a burden to people with gear just trying to do some dungeons. What do you guys think I should do? I understand that it states in the 90 purchase that it ONLY gives you 90 and nothing else (besides gold I guess), but this seems a bit extreme. If anyone has any ideas on how I can get rolling on this server I'd love to hear it!

In the left cornor of the vale there is a area where you get some dailies for gold, on the wall up there is a vendor who sells you wasteland gear (430ilvl or something) other then that join a guild and/or get some friends at try to gear with them. There are enough people willing to help players who really want it.

Leave ur toon name here. Dont have horde charr but got friend playing there and ill ask him to help u with.
As Michiel said u need to buy contender/green (contender gear is preety cheap on ally side, idk hows on horde) gear and start to do dailys for panda flying.
If u need 2h melee u can take blue one in dread wastes at soggys gamble village. And thats it for start. Then u only need to farm dailys, do some BGs (bgs is going to be very hard but u have to be very persistent).
And one more info. Idk if dailys at Argent tournament are still bugged. If they are u can take there easy 2.4k golds in matter of 15 min. U can also do naked Tol Barad if necessary, but u have to be sneaky.
