Global Chat

Hello, guys.

I was wondering about the 'Global Chat' that we have in Lordaeron.
Since we are talking about a 'Hardcore' and 'Blizzlike' realm, I think that this channel is against that concept because it makes a lot easier to communicate, and also never existed in retail version.
So, I suggest to remove that and make people use the original Trade channel, that works in all big cities, like it should be.

lordaeron has the population to afford loosing it's global chat but i am used to it and i like it so can't say that it will be better be disabled. And after all this is a game not a military academy and there is a line where too hardcore will drive people away.

1. Log-in
2. Type /leave global
3. Profit

Despite the spam, for me it has served a decent purpose of finding dungeon groups. Since RDF is disabled, having access to a large group of players (larger than any other chat), is quite helpful. Removing global chat would seriously reduce the ease of finding a group.

It's literally the same as if in Blizzard everyone decided to join a channel called global. If you don't like it you can leave and yell for groups in orgrimmar

At least on Stormscale EU, we have a global channel. "/4 Looking For Group" is world-wide, and we use it to chat just like people use global here.
IDK about any other high population realms since I only spent time there out in the wild (I'm a citydweller who just uses Trade normally).

You don't like that this is an MMO and other people can talk then your free to not have global open or to move it to it's own tab.

I love global. Especially when I say What is love? And then ppl reply baby dont hurt me x2, no more.
Plus you can learn about bible, life, **** jokes, read different languages, help ppl with quest problems etc

It's the second best thing after Barrens chat.
