Transfer from frostwolf Cataclysm to frostwolf Mist O f Pandaria

I play like a year ago cataclysm in the server of frostwolf ( in molten wow) , then today i just remember that i have a accounto in cataclysm, so i search fot molten wow and it seems that their that molten wow is now warmane ( i dont know so if im wrong say it pls :3) . well the point is that i have like 2 level 85 in my account and i want to know if i can transfer my account.

No because your characters are gone long time ago, database was deleted and everyone had to start all over again. You had a chance to create new characters, you would get free max level boost, coins and vote points but you missed that. Now you have to level up from start.
