Best Server for US player?

Hello everyone, I live in the US so my schedule is always busy when all European players and guilds are raiding. I wanted to know if any of the WOTLK were basically US friendly? I can be on very late or very early EST. Server Times would be 12-4AM or 11AM-3PM, basing this off Cata Realm Times but I believe they are the same. If anyone could help with any advice I would really appreciate.

Lordaeron is really high populated and it's probably gonna have a lot of active guilds, but I don't know if there's a guild that suits your time there.
Deathwing has Proud raiding at 10PM (Ally) and Fade raiding at 11PM/12AM (Horde).
Ragnaros has Austral raiding even later than both guilds I've mentioned (I'd say Ragnaros is your best choice as an american, besides Lordaeron).

As for really early raid times I'm not able to respond, you gotta lurk in-game because I don't see any on forums (at least not Deathwing).

Those times aren't -too- bad, but they are still a little early. School is usually out by then, but work for most jobs run a few hours later than that.

I do not recommend raiding with that guild, or most guilds on Ragnaros Alliance, for anyone who values their sanity.

Austral`s raiding at 12:30am ST, so this might (or might not, depending you where in the US you are and on your schedule) be too early as well.

BTW whats the XP rates on the WOTLK leveling servers? Ive been getting mixed reviews when I search it on google. Also, does Lordaeron support all those players? Or is it always crashing, lagging and nothing can ever get done ?
I am also interested in playing on Lordaeron due to the x1 but is it worth it? and is there guilds that raid at the times I specified above? I don't want to level then realize I cant do end game raiding

Ragnaros and Deathwing are 7x. Lordaeron doesn't crash often from what I've heard and I know the latency has been great for me (140~ from US west coast), but that's all I know about the server.
