HELP!! Purchased items stuck to my mail...

I bought two items and can not remove them from my mailbox. I can shift-click and see the dressing room thing, I have logged off and on, typed /reload and waited for ages, all to no avail. I tried sending an in-game ticket but have no idea where to ask for help on the Warmane site. All help appreciated thanks.

Is it saying that the item doesn't belong to you? Available options depend on how those items were purchased. If you bought them for coins you can make a support ticket on website. If they were bought for points or from auction house in game then there is no support available. If it was purchased for points you can try deleting the mail and it might get returned to you later.

Is it greyed out? I suggest to make a screenshot of the items and asking for help like this.
