I bought my character a rename. When i pressed enter world on my mage. I typed a name and its loading for like idk. I am sitting in front of my pc like 20 mins and nothing happened. What should i do ?

I doubt that waiting for longer will actually make it work since the server connection with you might have been already finished.
Restart WoW and try again, technically this works as a forced name change so you cannot have the same name before you access in-game again.
