Dwarf hunter cant use gun

I just created new character hunter male dwarf and i get this problem it says must have a ranged weapon equipped

its already equipped i even tried taking out and putting back in still same problem

Your items are shown as ?, you have obvious cache problems, remove your Cache folder altogether.

didint work i couldn't even use a melee weapon on hunter, but anyways i downloaded the client from here now i can play with the hunter

it was already selected everything but the thing is i think it gived this error because it was another patch as i downloaded wow client from another website
