Returning player - questions :)

Hello everyone I am returning to play after a break. Last time I played was to recover my characters from the wipe :(.

Good to see system is back up and running well but I have a question in regards to the new changes :

It says in the FAQ that there is no longer voting and that points are acquired after you get 1000 achievement points - does one character have to obtain this? Or is it a sum of all achievement points across all your characters?

All Achievements points are combined across all characters and expansions.

Ok thanks, so if I have 600 on one and 400 on another it unlocks?

I have more than 1000 combined over my characters but still shows my rank as "agent"

They must be UNIQUE aka not the same.

Also one last question - once I have 1000, how many points do you get? Is it a trickle? Or weekly?

Good standing (not banned in the past) yields you with +0.5

You only need 5,000 achievement points from unique achievements across all your characters on all expansions to get +0.7 which means you're earning the highest possible amount of points daily, (12 before squish, 1.2 after).

If you happen to get banned at any point, you instantly forfeit the +0.5, meaning you need 8,000 achievement points to get 1 point per day, you can never reach 1.2 per day.

points > 8000 = +1
points > 7000 = +0.9
points > 6000 = +0.8
points > 5000 = +0.7
points > 4000 = +0.6
points > 3000 = +0.5
points > 2000 = +0.4
points > 1000 or 1000 = +0.3
points < 1000 = 0 total, good standing is not factored in here either, meaning you have to atleast play the game to begin gaining points.

You can collect points every day.

Very nice thank you. I dont get to play a lot so once ive reached 1000 will the 0.3 / day continue even if i'm unable to play a consecutively?

to collect point you need the be logged In-Game at least in the past 24Hours otherwise an Error mssg will say " you need to log in in-game to collect new point", so you just need to open wow>log-in for 1 sec and then close it if you dont have the time to play.
However for the 1k Achievemt Point between all the Chars you have there are too much confusion about that, i.e many guys think you also can have 600 + 400 ( but from different Achievements) between 2 Chars BUT Kaer Wolf (admin) said:" Accounts that do not have any character with at least 1,000 achievement points are not eligible for points. "
So according to me you gotta have at least 1 Chars with 1k Achievemnt Point ( so 600+400 still no points), Remember that Achievements from Blackrock-Warsong have no value for this System.

You need to log in (Character screen is enough) in order to "activate" it.
