I cant get vote points.

Hello dear support.


I play every day WOW, but when i loggin in website , and when i press "COLECT POINTS" To vote, i cant get it beucase it says to me "You dont have any point to collect". This problem happen before 7 days first time. But i dont know why this happening to me because it never happened before.
