Pandaria MoP Racials in PvE

Simply, is there a best for Elemental and Resto, mainly PvE with some BG PvP thrown in?

All Shaman races have useful racials in PvE and PvP too, but I will chose Troll, because his haste and increased HP rengen are good for Elemental and Resto.

Like I said all shaman's races are good, in Alliance you can choose Dranei, with his racial spell is healing one, and with Dwarf again is very good racial for PvP, clearing poisons and damage reduction of 10%

If you play as Alliance, the only useful racial PVE is Heroic Presence from Draenei which gives you 1% hit chance. Otherwise if you are a PVP player, you should go Dwarf because of Stoneform ability, it's a 10% dmg reduction and il will remove any poison, disease or bleed effect (kinda OP imho).
