High latency

Hello guys, im back to warmane after brake. I started to play on lordaeron but it is impossible about 2-3 mins ingame my latency starts to jump high. I dont know reason cuz my other games and internet works well. Is it maybe because i downloaded wotlk with wod models? Do you guys have same problem? Pls help me and sry for bad english :P

I usually don't have any issues like this and I used the WoD model client for awhile.
My ping tends to hover around ~150ms at all times, and that seems to be pretty decent compared to what some people get.
