Cannot create characters on Lordaeron

Title says it all, new here so not sure if you've stopped new character creation to that server or something but when I try to make a character on Lordaeron it just says "Error creating character".

Works fine on the other realms from what I can see but just not this one.

You're using the client with Warlords' models, and the Wrath of the Lich King character creation can't have all of those models indexed.
Pick a different hair/facial hair and change those in game with a barber later.

are you using Wotlk with WoD model? in this case just randomize the look of your Chars ( face, hair style etc.) at one point you should be able to create it.
