It is most likely because of your network, location or ports.
Seeders are more than enough to get the client within an hour or so with a decent network connection.

Make sure your torrent client has DHT enabled.

I alsow have probles with the download, none of the WOW versions can be downloaded, they apear as having no files and 0 mb on the torrent window and thay remain at 0.0 % download nothing happens :(
