MoP Can't Start??

I downloaded the client (new one) and when I click Wow.exe it says this in the error:
ERROR #134 (0x85100086) Fatal Condition!
ProcessID: 8412
Failed to open required archive
Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-17345.MPQ with error: 5

Can you help me?? Please!
