All i see your order is made on March 17. Mail gets auto deleted from mailbox after 30 days.

I did not even receive it when i checked back at that day but i got the other xmog items as well, and then i just stopped playing waiting for realms to settle down with lag, didn't even bother to send a message back then, so i did now.

When buying an item there can be a delay with how long you receive it, I reckon it was eventually sent and you never opened it within the month and so it auto-deleted.

Auto-Delete man, it happen to me, but it was for a low level green item, this isn't the first time a thread like this appears.
